The epiphany for MightyGreenBack.com came about after a five year spiritual journey to the top of a cold mountain where I lived in a village of Buddhist monks… and if you believe that, I have some killer ENRON stock to sell you.

In all actuality, this site is a culmination of two necessary evils in life; money and the need to laugh at that which is taken way too seriously. All too often we hear of chaos, the end of life as we know it, a sector ready to implode on itself, or a tragic downturn taken by the markets. Sure, the markets totally stink right now but it could be a heluva lot worse.

I’m not here to poke fun at our great country or its leaders like others have done in the past, (okay, maybe just a little here and there), I’m just here to keep you informed on what is going on… and to say to everyone, lighten the F up and have some fun. So what if the markets take a giant crap on your retirement plans. Find another way to get all that stuff you were planning to buy but don’t really need.
